How does a person with a disability thrive in a society where they are not always valued? We believe the answer lies in equipping people within their own communities to welcome, support, and include them.

We steward the skills and experiences of leaders and organizations already doing this work — gathering what has proven effective and channeling it toward those who are ready to serve.
